Middle Eastern Cultural Appreciation (MECA)

The purpose of MECA is to function as a registered student organization that encourages the student body to gather together from all ethnic backgrounds to share in common interest of the Middle East. The Mission of MECA is to further examine the interests in the different topics of the Middle East such as culture, traditions, food, and history through different discussions and events. The organization will also give back to the community through different service trips to aid those in need.

Students for Justice in Palestine

Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) is a diverse group of students, faculty, staff and community members at Saint Xavier University, organized on democratic principles to promote justice, human rights, liberation and self-determination for the Palestinian people.
